Lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; perform cashier and stocker duties, assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance, stock and rotate merchandise, unload trucks, greet customers, operate the register, authorize refunds and overrides in the absence of management, and maintain a clean, secure, well-organized store while providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing stock displays, following SOPs, monitoring cash levels and deposits, and supporting store safety and loss-prevention practices. Requires math skills and knowledge of cash handling; high school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience preferred. Location: Plant City, FL. Part-time role with in-person work expectations.
