Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT in Osborne, KS. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment. Provides superior customer service, follows SOPs, assists in store open/close under Area Manager direction, authorizes refunds/overrides in absence of store leadership, maintains cashier accountability, and supports merchandising and loss-prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
