Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashier and/or stocker duties with lead duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating cash register, handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires strong math and cash-handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-gram guidance, safety practices, and effective communication. Prior supervisory experience or training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
