Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include acting as cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, stocking merchandise and building displays, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, maintaining store cleanliness and security, and supporting opening/closing procedures and adherence to company policies and SOPs. The role emphasizes leadership in customer service and store operations, with a preference for prior supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
