Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of store leadership, assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs, providing exemplary customer service, stocking and rotating merchandise, handling cashier responsibilities and customer transactions, processing refunds/overrides, managing deposits, and maintaining a clean, secure, and well-organized store environment. The role involves supervising and guiding cashiers and staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting store profitability and teamwork. Location is New Bern, NC; part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (preferred)
