Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Monahans, TX. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining clean and organized store areas, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires mathematical calculations, cash handling knowledge, and strong interpersonal and communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience preferred.
