Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate PT at Dollar General in Monahans, TX. Functions as cashier and/or stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register and handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store operations and loss prevention. Requires strong math, cash handling, plan-o-gram understanding, merchandising, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
