Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a Cashier/Stocker and acting in the lead role in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities span unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling refunds and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting cashier accountability and security practices. The role requires strong math and cash-handling skills, familiarity with plan-o-gram guidance, and the ability to supervise in a lead capacity when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
