Lead Sales Associate role at Dollar General in Mansfield, OH. Function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing and maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting profitability and loss prevention. Provide exemplary customer service, maintain cashier accountability and adhere to safety policies. Open/close the store under Area Manager direction and supervise or assist in cashier operations as needed. Requires math skills, knowledge of cash handling, ability to read plan-o-grams, effective communication, and teamwork.
