Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role in Lebanon, TN responsible for functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unload trucks, stock/face merchandise, implement plan-o-grams, assist customers, operate the cash register, collect payments, maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor cash and deposits, authorize refunds/overrides in managerial absence, and ensure overall store profitability and customer satisfaction through teamwork and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
