Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Kilgore, TX (Part-Time). Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading, stocking, setting up plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store operations and profitability. Requires basic math, cash handling knowledge, ability to follow plan-o-gram guidance, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, and supervisory experience or training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
