Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (PT) at Dollar General in Jacksonville, FL. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires ability in math, cash handling, merchandising guidance, and effective communication; prior supervisory experience preferred. Emphasis on customer service leadership and maintaining a safe, organized store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
