Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, performing cashier and stocker tasks, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, stocking and merchandising, providing exemplary customer service, handling transactions via the IBM cash register, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities also cover opening/closing the store, processing refunds/overrides, deposits, and maintaining cashier accountability, with a emphasis on teamwork, profitability, and loss prevention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/trainings) preferred.
