Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (PT) at Dollar General in Huntsville, TX responsible for cashiering, stocking, plan-o-gram implementation, and delivering exemplary customer service. Serves in lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, supports store operations including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, pricing and displaying products, handling cash and POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic math, and ability to follow company policies and procedures; relies on supervisory experience to lead responsibilities when leadership is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
