Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate role: act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, perform cashier and/or stocker duties, assist in plan-o-gram implementation, provide exemplary customer service, unload trucks, stock and rotate merchandise, operate cash register and handle transactions, assist with refunds and overrides, maintain store cleanliness and displays, and support store safety and profitability. Requires ability to perform math, knowledge of cash handling, experience with plan-o-gram guidance, and supervisory exposure. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with six months supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
