Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate with part-time status leading in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity, assisting with plan-o-grams, stocking and merchandising, providing exemplary customer service, operating cash registers, handling cash and bagging merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Involves unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, rotating stock, managing displays, assisting customers, and supporting store operations and profitability. Skills include math for cash handling, familiarity with plan-o-gram execution, merchandising, customer interaction, and supervisory experience to guide team members. Location: Hermitage, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
