Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate: Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and lead in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams. Provide exemplary customer service. Unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate and face shelves, maintain displays, handle cash register operations, collect payments, and help maintain a safe, clean store. Maintain cashier accountability, support in pricing and merchandising, and assist in store-wide processes as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
