Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Half Way, MO. Functions as Cashier and/or Stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-gram setup, customer service, and store operations. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, restocking, ordering zones, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized store. Provides superior customer service leadership, supports cash-control practices, monitors security, and helps with open/close procedures as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
