Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, cashiering and stocking, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, stocking and merchandising, unloading trucks, greeting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness and display readiness, and providing superior customer service while upholding company policies and loss-prevention standards. Requires math/calculation ability, cash handling knowledge, familiarity with plan-o-grams, merchandising guidance, and effective communication; prior supervisory experience preferred. Relocation assistance is not available. Location: Greenville, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
