Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Greenup, IL. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead capacity in the absence of store management, assists with plan-o-grams and merchandising, and delivers exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining displays, operating the cash register, handling payments, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, supervising cashier accountability, and supporting store operations and profitability. Requires math skills, cash handling knowledge, familiarity with plan-o-grams, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred. Relocation assistance is not available. New Hire Starting Pay Range: 15.50 - 15.75 per hour.
