Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Green Level, NC—functions as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager, and performs cashier and stocker duties, assists with plan-o-grams and merchandise displays, delivers exemplary customer service, and helps maintain store cleanliness, cash handling, and security procedures. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, assisting customers, and supporting store-wide controls to maximize profitability and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
