Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include acting as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager; cashiering and stocking; setting and maintaining plan-o-grams; providing exemplary customer service; unloading trucks; stocking and merchandising; executing plan-o-gram implementation; assisting customers; operating the cash register and handling payments; maintaining store cleanliness and safety; assisting with store opening/closing and cash controls; ensuring cashier accountability and loss prevention; and supporting teamwork to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Key skills include cash handling, POS/register operation, planogram adherence, merchandising, inventory and stock management, customer service, math calculations, safety practices, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or related training)
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training)
