Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties in a part-time Dollar General role: function as cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of store management; assist with plan-o-grams, stock rotation, merchandising displays, and customer service; operate cash register and handle transactions; unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness; support opening/closing tasks and cash-control procedures; provide superior customer service leadership and adhere to store policies, safety practices, and asset protection. Strong emphasis on cashiering, stock management, merchandising, and supervisory experience in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
