Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsibilities include functioning as a cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, providing exemplary customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, operating the cash register, handling cash and refunds/overrides, and ensuring a clean, secure store environment. Requires ability to perform cashier duties, stock control, and basic math; prior supervisory experience or readiness for a lead role is preferred. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
