Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, performing cashier/stocker duties, assisting with plan-o-grams, stocking, merchandising displays, and customer service while ensuring store profitability, safety, and asset protection. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and opening shipments, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining registers and plan-o-grams, assisting customers, handling refunds/overrides, ensuring cashier accountability, assisting with opening/closing, monitoring security and cash levels, and completing required paperwork. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience or related training; relocation assistance is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
