Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Erie, PA to function as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers and locating merchandise, operating the cash register and POS, handling cash and deposits, maintaining a clean and well-organized store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires math and cash handling proficiency, ability to follow plan-o-grams, strong interpersonal and communication skills, safety awareness, and supervisory experience or related training. Relocation support is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
