Job Summary
Lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; perform cashiering and stocking duties; assist in plan-o-grams and merchandising; provide exemplary customer service; supervise in a lead capacity and ensure store profitability, safety, and asset protection. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, processing payments at the register, handling refunds/overrides under direction, maintaining cleanliness and display standards, and supporting store operations and team collaboration. Required Qualifications
