Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Ely, MN. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and leads in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register with cash handling duties, processing payments, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires proven cashier skills, ability to follow plan-o-grams, strong communication, and basic math. Previous supervisory experience preferred; this role includes lead responsibilities in the absence of management. Relocation assistance is not available. New hires earn a starting pay range of $11.91–$12.16/hour.
