Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, cashiering and stock duties, and ensuring plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, and displays. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stock rotation, assisting customers, operating cash register and processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing superior customer service leadership. Must be able to perform math for transactions and adhere to cash handling and security practices; prior supervisory experience preferred. Role based in Elm City, NC with part-time schedule and no relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
