Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Elgin, OR. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, enforcing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, secure store environment. Provides superior customer service leadership, supports store operations, and may open/close the store under direction. Requires basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with plan-o-gram/merchandise presentation; at least a high school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
