Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering and/or stocking with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, and providing superior customer service while supporting store leadership and adhering to company policies. Requires ability to perform cash handling, basic math, and understand plan-o-gram guidance; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
