Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include cashiering and/or stocking with lead responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Responsibilities encompass unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, customer service leadership, operating cash registers, processing payments, handling refunds, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store-wide goals such as profitability and safety. Requires strong math, cash handling, merchandising, plan-o-gram interpretation, interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to uphold company policies and security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
