Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a cashier and/or stocker and acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities encompass unloading and stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store profitability and teamwork. Requires strong customer service, math and cash-handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-grams, and supervisory-capable abilities; high school diploma or equivalent preferred along with related supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
