Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate/Stocker role at Dollar General in Coventry, RI. Responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance, stocking and rotating merchandise, unloading trucks, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires knowledge of cash handling, ability to perform basic math, familiarity with plan-o-gram guidance, and effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Required Qualifications
