Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Christiana, TN. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan‐o‐grams and displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments, and ensuring a clean, organized store while supporting profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires strong math, cash-handling, merchandising, and customer-service skills; familiarity with planograms and safety practices; supervisory experience or related training preferred. Relays to leadership and store‐level operations to maintain security and standard procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
