Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT position at Dollar General in Christiana, TN. Responsibilities include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assisting with plan-o-gram setup and maintenance; providing exemplary customer service; unloading trucks; stocking and rotating merchandise; merchandising displays; processing transactions at the register; handling refunds/overrides; maintaining store cleanliness and safety; supporting cash handling and loss-prevention practices; and ensuring profitability and teamwork. Requires ability to perform general cashier duties, understand plan-o-gram guidance, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
