Lead Sales Associate role in a Dollar General store, acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and merchandising, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store profitability and loss prevention. Requires ability to perform cashier duties, math calculations, cash handling, and effective communication; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred. This is a part-time position located in Carrabelle, FL with in-person work expectations.
