Job Summary
Lead-sales associate role providing customer service leadership in a Dollar General store. Functions include cashier and/or stocker duties, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, merchandise stocking and displays, unloading trucks, operating the cash register, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Serves in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, opens/closes as directed, and supports profitability, teamwork, and loss prevention while ensuring a safe shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
