Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Buffalo, IL. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and facing merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the register, processing payments, maintaining a clean and secure store, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires math and cash handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-grams, and ability to perform store operations tasks; experience with cashier systems and safety practices is preferred. Relocation not offered. New Hire Starting Pay Range: $15.50-$15.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
