Job Summary
Lead role in Dollar General as a Lead Sales Associate-PT featuring responsibilities in cashiering, stocking, and leadership in the absence of store management. Performs plan-o-gram maintenance, customer service, operating cash register, handling cash, and ensuring a clean, organized store while protecting company assets. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, assisting with ordering and plan-o-grams, supervising duties in the manager's absence, ensuring cash control, monitoring safety and security practices, and delivering exemplary customer service to maximize profitability and teamwork. Requires ability to perform math, cash handling, and effective communication; high school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
