Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering and stocking with lead duties in the absence of the Store Manager. Tasks include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in merchandising displays, and supporting store safety and security practices. Requires basic math, cashier duties, plan-o-gram adherence, and supervisory exposure; relocation assistance not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
