Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation and merchandising, delivering exemplary customer service, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating the cash register, handling customer transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store leadership in safeguarding assets and profitability. Strong knowledge of cash handling, plan-o-grams, merchandising presentation, safety practices, and effective interpersonal communication are required; supervisory experience or related training is preferred.
