Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Bono, AR: function as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, providing customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store profitability and security. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred; strong math, cash handling, and communication skills are essential; occasional travel to other stores may be required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability
- Experience with IBM cash register functions
- Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram guidance
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Frequent walking, standing, and light physical requirements
