Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Bluefield, WV. Functions as a cashie r and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store operations and security. Emphasis on customer service leadership, following SOPs, and ensuring a safe, organized shopping environment. Includes duties such as helping set up displays, processing refunds/overrides as directed, and preserving cashier accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
