Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT; serve as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager, assist with plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, unload trucks, stock and display products, greet and assist customers, operate the cash register and maintain cashier accountability, ensure store cleanliness and safety, support customer service, and contribute to profitability and teamwork. Key duties include stock rotation, merchandise placement and displays, processing payments, handling bagging and customer transactions, monitoring security practices, following SOPs, and providing exemplary service while guiding teammates when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (preferred)
