Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Berlin, WI. Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling deposits and refunds, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store leadership to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred, strong math and cash-handling skills, effective communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
