Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Dollar General in Beach City, OH. Responsible for acting in a lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, assisting in plan-o-grams and merchandising, providing exemplary customer service, unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining registers and handling cash, and supporting store profitability and safety. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with locating merchandise, executing cashier duties, maintaining store cleanliness, and aiding in store operations and security. Provides superior customer service leadership and adheres to company policies; may open/close the store under direction and authorize refunds/overrides when needed.
