LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE-PT - 21 and older only - in WILMER, AL S14392

Lead Sales Associate functions as a cashier and/or stocker and acts in lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, setting up plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides in the absence of management, maintaining store cleanliness and security, and providing superior customer service. Key skills include math proficiency, cash handling and accountability, plan-o-gram interpretation, teamwork and communication, safety practices, and the ability to supervise and ensure store profitability and loss prevention.
