Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate-PT at Dollar General in Toney, AL. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash and deposits, maintaining a clean and secure store environment, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires basic math, cash handling knowledge, ability to follow plan-o-grams, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
