Lead Sales Associate-PT role in Smithdale, MS responsible for acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, delivering exemplary customer service, and performing cashiering and stocking duties. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, opening/closing the store under direction, monitoring cash levels and security practices, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires math/calculation ability, cash handling knowledge, plan-o-gram understanding, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent and roughly six months of supervisory experience are preferred.
